On January 6, 2009, UST Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc. We thus have made some changes to this website to reflect that transaction and expect to make additional changes over time as we integrate more fully into Altria Group. However, we also have maintained certain historical information here that might be useful to investors who formerly held UST Inc. stock when it traded as a separate, public company.

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates produces and markets premium wines sold nationally through the Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest, Snoqualmie and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars wineries, as well as sparkling wine sold under the Domaine Ste. Michelle label. It also is the exclusive U.S. distributor of wines made by Marchesi Antinori of Italy.
